for some reason my bp always goes through the roof when on a cycle. if have a very normal blood pressure otherwise and the is nothing wrong with my kidneys or heart. besides from being 'on' I never experience any bp problems.

could someone advise me as to which medicine I could best take. my doctor almost threw me out last time, so no going back there.

Very common problem for alot of people on cycle. I always take a low dose of st. josephs asprin daily this will help to thin the blood and keep things flowing good. Be sure to religiously drink a gallon of water daily also. Two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar is another thing that you might try that I have had good success with. Just take it first thing every morning. Very cheap to buy at any grocery store.

I see they already make special aspirin for people with gastro problems. I'll have to give that a try? How much do I need. Will one 300mg aspirin suffise?

Post up what your current cycle is and your past cycle history. Ace inhibitor's are harsh drugs that can have serious side effects on one's renal profiles which might already be elevated depending on what doses of AAS you are currently running. Adding an ace inhibitor to your regime migh just further impair the blood flow to your kidney and lead to possible problems in the future.

Yes, just follow the rec. dose for heart healthy asprin regime. This is a doctors first choice before the decide to turn to stronger drugs like ace inhibitors and diurectics.

You should eliminate as much sodium from your diet as possible, increase your cardio (or add if not doing any), and some Niacinamide may help a bit too. Also, drink plenty of water, 1-2 gallons per day.

You know, I've been lucky with BP, mine is always in the normal range when on and about the same when off. However, my prob is liver lipids. They are naturally slightly high anyways. Even when I would be off for years, they are just high enough that the doc will say keep an eye on it but it's not high enough to worry. It's probably from all my hardcore party years, I thrashed by body during that time and now I have to take Liv.52 year round to be safe. Other than that, I drink at least a gallon of water a day and that helps. If I slack of water for a few days I can really feel it in my kidneys when I'm on. So, make sure to get your water. The asprin thing is about the best over the counter advise I can think of. If you have a strong cardiovascular system then that will lower you BP. So, adding some cardio is pretty much a must for you, but don't over do it. Just get up to about 75 to 80% and stay there for at least 30 minutes, 45 would be better. Do that 3 times a week and you will notice huge changes in your carido system in as soon as 2-3 weeks. By about 6 weeks you should have to do much more than you did at week 3 just to maintain 75 to 80% of your max HR. This is what is to be expected. The stronger your cardio system gets, the more work you will have to do to challenge it.

Where TF you been??? Apple cider vinegar is the next big thing in medicine. We've only been talking about it's healing abilities for, I don't know, 2 years now?
I've also taken Primrose oil at 3000mgs a day when on a cycle as well. Between Primrose oil and apple cider vinegar, never had BP problems.

      Bro,

I always found cardio brings my BP down. It's up right now and I'm taking water pill from Dr. but I told him I have a major contest coming up in Aug in Ohio in powerlifting and I will not do cardio until after the meet. So bring up your cardio and see if that works.
