Albany -- An Albany man was arrested for wearing a ski mask in his own yard.
Monday a neighbor saw 40-year old Troy Morgan moving lawn equipment to a house a few doors down and called police.
Albany Police went to the house on Doncaster Drive, confronted Morgan, and told him to remove the ski mask. Morgan yelled at the officer that he wasn't going to jail and the officer could shoot him.
Turns out Morgan was moving his own lawn equipment so he could cut a neighbor's grass. He was apparently wearing the mask because of allergies.
Police arrested him and charged him with wearing a mask to conceal his identity and obstructing a law enforcement officer.
TweetLOL!!!! I understand he has allergies, but you know you're going to look like a thief and raise suspension when you wear a ski mask....lol. Too funny.
TweetYup the Albany pd has had all sorts of problems in the past several years. Everything from lawsuits, like this cat will prolly file, to drug dealin/addicted cops.
Tweetyea, thats just a dumb cop jumping the gun...cop got too ****y, shoulda just asked him to remove it, and when he heard about the allergies, he shoulda just moved on....
HE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!
