TweetIm doing really good at my job advising now. Like broke our store record on my third day on advising really good. Well my friend heard about how good I am at selling and got me an interview at a huge local dealership. My manager also thinks Im doing great and actually referred me to the same dealership. He just quit and thinks I could make more money and have a better job. They want me to work there as a service writer. Anyone know the goods and bads of this job? I've heard you can make good money doing it.
Tweeti've known alot of service writers...if you can "up-sell" you can make some good $. rollsroyce should know this too. the only real "downside" to it is the little bit of braindamage you take from customers like dj...you know the type...mr internet lawyer, gonna telll you what he's gonna pay to fix and what YOUR gonna pay to fix (like you own the phuggin manufacture n'shyt)....lol
typical stuff that you can imagine. you have to be able to LISTEN to people when they just paid 30k or more for a new car, and stuff broke...they get a little irritable. but, after they vent a little, they usually are ok. just treat them right. for the most part, it's a decent gig. the better ones usually move on the autosales...thats where the fun begins!! lol
HE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!
