Tweeti dont know if it's just stress or change of rutine or what, but i got NO motivation or energy to train lately....even before i went to chicago my training was falling off for the previous 7-9 days or so. i was training at 2 or 3 everyday mon-fri for about 55mins to 1.25hrs and was doing well...now, becouse of changes around here, i cant workout till 8pm or so and i have to go back to using my home gym...i'm tired at 8pm!!! mentaly and physicaly drained..and, at that time of night, i usually try to help the wife out around the house so i cant even get a workout then!! argggghhh!!!

TweetIt happens man, sometimes I feel like shiot that's been stepped on and scraped off, but ya keep goin and just do what you can and it all falls back into place.
Tweetmay sound stupid, but dl some new work out music to your ipod..if i have good work out music it keeps me focused and my energy up in the gym. On the other hand its fine to take some time off here and there, it could be good for your growth too.

TweetCould be you're just burnt out a little. Every once in a while I take a week off and always end up coming back refreshed and actually stronger. You could also just do some different stuff with your workouts like exercises that maybe you've never done before, or haven't done in a long time. Sometimes just switching things up a little like that helps. If all else fails, hit a few shots of JD just before goin to the gym along with some caffeine.
Tweeti dont really feel board...more tired than anything...i gotta get out of this funk. it's already been about 2 weeks. i dont think i NEED anymore time off!

Tweethey man working out at night is very hard. your tired by that time just from the day going on. i had to do this a couple months ago and i hated it. But i realized i could either hate it and keep being a ***** or push threw and make the best of it. I started getting in a rythm have your preworkout shake and some caffeine about 30min to 1 hour before you wanna work out and then just do the dam thing. bottom line make it happen bro. ON the other hand you could just give up and become fat and worthless. i hope you pick option one as your a great guy
Tweetdic....lol. that'll do it
