some tren burns a little. I like tren in the delt or butt. Just watch it, if no brusing or fever it is fine just sore. Are you doing test also?

For the most part I do not like any cycle that does not have some test. Even low 200mg week with help the tren IMO! See what everone else has to say! Why tren? Are you lean and looking to more def or what? What are you expecting from it?

If you can get test, I would drop the tren and winny and go with 200-400mg of test a week for 10-12 weeks. Train hard, rest and eat...eat...eat. get the protein down at least 1g pro per lb of body weight!

also, mofo's givin ya good advise...i'd drop tren all together and go for 400mg week test. eating is THE most important thing...every 3 hrs put down some protien shoot for 1-1.5grms a day. try for at the very least, 3 solid meals, then make up the rest with protien shakes

I'm with pigmeat here, you should be hitting the outer quad in the middle of the top of it. If you hit the middle of your thigh, you could have hit a muscle smaller head of the quads and that is why it's hurting. Some muscles are not made for shots. For example, you just don't hit the inner quad (tear drop) head. I don't know why, but it's just not a good muscle to hit. Go to the site that pigmeat gave you and make sure you hit where they say to hit. Usually they will tell you to hit places that are best for shots. Also, with shots that have a reaction like prop and others I always hit the glute. I can function with a sore glute but I can't function if that same soreness is in my quad, delt, pec or somewhere else. So, place your shots right. Also, I found out the hard way to use 1 1/2 inch on the quads. I kept hitting them so much with a 1 inch that I got scar tissue and it resulted in a weird looking gap in the muscle where the blood was able to flow as well any more. It's slowly going away but the outer quad is a big muscle so use 1 1/2 inch and really get it down in there. Then, rotate with glute shots and you should be fine. When using 1 inch I hit pecs, delts, biceps and calves.
I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
