after cycle until I feel boys are back
once during a cycle; dose varies

Personally I love the stuff and I have experimented with numerous ways of using it. I am currently trying an HRT type method of 100mcg EOD. Not sure if I like it as much as other ways I've tried it but lifes a journey...
