I had shoulder surgery and was able to recover fast as hell cause I did other things to stay in shape as well as take vitamins and healthy lifestyle. I mean it sucks to hear about your knee bro but to just totally give up due to it is an excuse. Im not trying to bust your balls but I think you should stop partying and get back to training. Good luck bro, been down that road a few times and making the best of it will help your mental and physical state in the long run
