Tweetvanilla doesnt mix as well as chocolate. i found that using water a little warmer than cold helps.
TweetI never liked any protein shakes until I used a blender. To be they taste nasty when not blended because you get chunks and shit in there. I got a thunder stick pro now, i just stick it down in the cup, turn it on a few seconds, and its all mixed up. It makes it more "fluffy" and you get a good smooth taste.
I quit taking protein the first year I tried it because I couldnt stomach it anymore. Then I tried the blender and it made a world of difference.
