      i was going light but was trying to get as low as possible and hold it to stretch out.

      my underware ripped making a low tearing noise

      my bro who was behind me heard it
      he bearhugged me and lifted me back to the rack, weights and all (he is a huge mass of a man and a great powerlifter)
