  • GH and fat loss?

Ok, I'm running the GH for the first time. I've been in the upper teens in BF for a while now, like a few years. I got down to about 12-14% about 3 years ago. So, anyways, as the fat has been dropping off I've noticed the skin is looser. Is my skin going to tighten back up with time? I'm only 34 years old so I'm hoping so.

It will but be sure your diet and such is in check. I am sure you are already doing this but drinking plenty of water, enough vitamins and plenty of vit. E enriched lotions after showering. Takes some time but it will happen. Tanning tends to help me with that too.

T, oldies like you are just outa luck. Have fun there saggy man! Just kiddin bro, I agree with the vit.E, plus GH is also good for your skin so you'll be fine man. Time to hit the gym even harder and fill that skin out with somethin solid.

          T,

I am turning 31 and running 4iu per day and 500mg prop and 300mg npp per week.

I started out in the mid teens (~14%) and have probably dropped a percent or two in the last six months. My skin is tighter and I look leaner.

          I would not sweat it.

I'm doing all of that but the lotion. I hate lotion. lol By nature, I'm always hot so I tend to sweat a lot and the lotion just makes for a greasy mess. But, I am doing all the other stuff, lots of water, tanning because we are going to FL a week from this Saturday. So, I'm taking a mulit, Co Q-10 and Acetyl L-Carnitine. Diet is pretty good but the T3 plus GH is making it hard to keep up with cals. Most morning I wake up looking flat and after I eat some oatmeal or something I look better. So, Ive been trying to cow down as much as possible before bed and the rest of the day I eat pretty clean. There are the occasional fast food stops when I'm working but I usually get Subway or grilled chicken from some place.

The only place the skin is looking like that is my midsection. Everything else is tight and I don't want a thick midsection. LOL I may need to hit the abs a little harder to get them to come out more and that should help some.

I just don't want to look like Tim Silva, you ever see him when he fights, his skin around his waist line is all saggy and shakes when he moves around. It's like he lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks or something.

Trust me bro, once I get back down there, I'm staying. We are going hiking this weekend and I'm pretty sure the Achilles can handle some non technical mountain biking so that's on too. I have to look at the GIANT bike everytime I open the garage and it just mocks me. LOL Well, me and that bad boy are going to be good friends again. Between that and hiking, I know I'll be able to keep the fat off once I get there. When its too cold, I'll just suffer through some indoor crap. Hell, maybe I'll take up some MMA, that would be a great form of cardio and I know I wouldn't get bored with that. You get lazy, you get embarassed. lol

How many days a week do you train MMA?
