      hey guys, i hope you're enjoying the summer, I work out everyday and i use Dballs, I just started basically, and i have a belly, a small one, everyday i work out and i take one day off a week, see i'm trying to gain wieght, and today i ran for a while after my shoulder workouts.

      is runing after a workout good or bad since i'm trying to lose wieght?

      i don't want to have a double chin, that's why, i'm trying to lose the water retention or fat, but, i'm using dball???

      uhm...i honestly think you need to ditch the dbol and start from scratch. you're going about this the entirely wrong way. what does your diet look like.

      Well in one part you say that you're trying to gain weight then you say you're tryin to lose weight. I'm a little confused. What are your stat's? How long you been runnin dbol, is that the only aas you're on and at what dose? How long you been trainin?

      Yeah, I wouldn`t hit the dball if your worried about your double chin. Save those badboys for next winter`s bulker. I`d recommend working out 4 days a week, training the the whole body once a week. Plus do 40 min of cardio 4x a week for fat control.
