How much does everyone take, what weeks and how many weeks. I have only ran deca once for 10 weeks @ 300mg. Made my joints feel good, but dont know that i saw any more size that just test and eq cycle.

Tweeti ran the same 10 weeks w/400mg (also with 500mg test) picked up more water than with previous cyc. but, i dont think it did anything really. (maybe my nutrition?). i ran npp just a short time ago at 400 mgs a week (w 600mg test) and i didnt get the water, the joints felt somewhat better, but i still didnt get any real size from the cyc.

TweetDont take it anymore...NPP is a GREAT alternative to it. Little bloat and same great feel of regular deca. I loved NPP and had little sides, now reg deca is NOT my friend. But when I did run it I ran 500mg ew but couldnt take the sides anymore.

TweetIf you want to put the Big back in your name you should just up your test dose substantially. Take an extra CC or two of test every week. Spend the money that you would have spent on Deca on Aromasin and get to work. Deca is really only a BIG mass builder at the higher doses and some people can't deal with it above 600mg per week.

TweetYeah, deca is a tricky substance and the decanoate ester is what leads people to sides.

I got great gains on it at 500-600 wk for 12 weeks but also had the worst gyno that I`ve ever known. Seriously, wouldn`t post a pic, too embarrasing. Granted it went away but... npp sounds like the way of the future.

TweetThe NPP is good stuff, but if you are going to go that frequent injection route you might as well use tren. If you start to see sides you just stop using it. It is much more potent and you will put mass on, harden up, and all that good stuff.
