Tweeti ran the same 10 weeks w/400mg (also with 500mg test) picked up more water than with previous cyc. but, i dont think it did anything really. (maybe my nutrition?). i ran npp just a short time ago at 400 mgs a week (w 600mg test) and i didnt get the water, the joints felt somewhat better, but i still didnt get any real size from the cyc.
