well, if you 200 at 10% and you go down to 9%, you lost 2lbs. it all depends on actuall starting weight when you deal with percentages (a percent of the whole was lost)

As Dave said you will have to do the math depending on your starting weight and ending weights. It varies a lot for people. Usually 2 to 3 lbs per body fat percentage is the norm.

Yeah, what they said above. It's based on your total body weight.

right.... you can do that by eating clean, bulking clean with cardio.....most find it to hard to gain much weight and drop bf% at the same time.

i'd say it looks to me (i could be wrong) that you lost around 17lbs of fat, and gained 15 lbs of muscle or so...and, if you figured a way to do that in 6 weeks, please share!!! lol

Let's do the math. It's basic arithmetic.

      240lbs x .15 = 36lbs of fat
      240lbs-36lbs = 204lbs of lean muscle

      6 weeks later:

      237lbs x .08 = 18.96lbs of fat
      237lbs-18.96lbs = 218.04lbs of lean muscle

      So basically you lost
      36lbs-18.96lbs = 17.04lbs of fat

      and gained:
      218.04lbs - 204lbs = 14.04lbs of muscle.

How did you do that in 6 weeks?

I CUT MY STOMACH OUT, LOL. THOSE FIGURES WERE JUST HYPOTHETICAL. IF WOULD HAVE DONE THAT I'D HAVE A BOOK IN THE WORK AND BE QUITE WEALTHY. BUT YOUR MATH AND FORMULA MADE IT MAKE SENSE. THANKS.
