      I've never seen this sh!t before and hope I never do again. There was this yahoo at the gym doing bench with lifting straps on. I usually just let people do whatever crazy shiot they're doin but I had to say something about this. His excuse was that when he goes heavy on the bench he has a hard time holding onto the bar. I asked him about chalk, and his reply was he didn't wanna dry his hands out. What a puss. Keep in mind that his idea of heavy was 315 and this cat had to weight at least 250-260. I just shook my head and walked away.

      ha ha...I have learned to just look down most of the time I am in the gym....Otherwise I will give weird looks to half the jagoffs there....I have used straps for grip a few times but I aint maxing with 315...lol more like 495- then the chalk come s out...Some gyms wont even let you use chalk anymore...whats the world coming too
