Opening Amps?

TweetI have never used amps so I am not sure how they work. To me they look like solid glass bottle, if thats the case how do you open them? Do they sell openers and if so, where do you get your hands on one of them things? I am new at this, so please if I am wrong let me know in a polite manner, thanks.

Tweetan easy way to open it is to score it with a file. Then put a a bic pen lid on top, and just snap the top off....or you could just buy an amp opener :p
