SHIFTED MY TRAINING IN MAY 06 TO TRADITIONAL THIA FROM LIFTING HEAVY, HAVEN'T MADE WEIGHT GAINS BUT CLOSE AS STRONG AND DOWN TO 215 lb. FROM 245, TOUGH ASS WORK TO LOOSE THE WEIGHT AND MANTAIN STRENGTH. CORE STRENGTH HAS IMPROVED TEN FOLD, CARDIO UP TO 4 DAYS/WK. 5 MILE RUNS. SCHEDULE LOOKS LIKE MONDAY CHEST & BACK, RUN ABS, TUSEDAY THAI, WRESTLING, ABS, WEDNESDAY BIS TRIS RUN ABS, THURSDAY THAI, WRESTLING, ABS FRIDAY LEGS, SHOULDERS, RUN, ABS, SATURDAY COACH WRESTLING TOURNY RUN SPRINTS STAIRS ABS SUNDAY EAT SLEEP EAT SLEEP EAT SLEEP. FINALLY FOUND A TRAINING SCHEDULE MY BODY AGREES W/ AND RESPONDS TO. BETWEEN WORK AND TRAINING AND COACHING NOT MUCH TIME TO SURF THE NET AND STILL DON'T HAVE IT AT HOME YET SO IT'S BEEN AWHILE FOR ME HERE, GLAD TO SEE THINGS LOOKING GREAT AND ALOT OF THE SAME NAMES POSTING. I DEF TRY TO KEEP CHECKING IN AND SOAKING IN THE GREAT INFO & PEEPS ON THE BOARD. PEACE OUT FOR NOW!
