Ahhh dont get me started on this subject...The past 8 weeks I WAKE up at 2-3am and just stare in the cabinets and the fridge...I finally made it to where I had NO JUNK to eat so I had to just go back to bed....Then I made a sign on the fridge saying "Stop being a poooce and have some discipline"...But after this show is over I hope to stay leaner and just have a crap food day once a week and go back to a good diet after that everyday....Those late night cravings are sometimes uncontrollable......

lmao. the sign on the fridge thing is great. my only problem is, i rarely have food in the house, i'd need that sign on my car or by my car keys so i don't drive to taco bell,lol.
