      What are you opinions on tose Detour Bars, and what is the function of Milk Thistle, I've heard that i you have gear you should use it to help the system out?? Any thoughts would be great!!

      There are a couple of thread alredy on the detour bar.It is geting mixed reviews.

      Milk thistle is a natural liver protector. Detour bars are over rated, high sugar 'protein' bars.

      with more fat though. Detour's $1.85, not bad for a protein bar.
      I can always burn off the sugar much easier than the fat.
