i dunno... it depends how my stomach is feeling.. even if im bulking for some reason i like when food stays in me.. and it is possible.. so if eating 4000 cals or more i'd say about 4x a day..

Tweeti eat 3000-3500 ed all the time i go at least 2X ed and alot of times more.

i read an article that said as long as you dont have the squirts and they are normal then its better due to the fact you are eliminating toxic waste from the body. what you put in must come out.

i do reccomend taking a day for a colon cleanse, yes i said it, colon cleanse. eat light and use an over the counter prepared supplement to "sweep" out any leftovers. also make sure you are getting alot of fiber.

Also on top of what Rolsroyce said, if you are "backed up" try drinking more water as it helps things flow and keeps it loose
