No problem buddy, i run it all days when i use it. The 5 and 2 protocol is for GH and is an attempt to let natural GH come back somewhat. I will see if I can find studies on it to post for ya bro. Oh the main side effect I get from IGF is my wrists ache like hell. I think you are good on starting the GH at 2iu and working up. Get ready for some puffy hands and feet. LOL I call it Fred Flintstone feet. I personally run my GH everyday but I have done it 5-2 before and it worked well.

there isnt really desensitization the reason for the EOD and 5-2 protocols are to hopefully keep your natural GH going and avoid it shutting down more from all the extra GH you are introducing to your system.
If you want to know for sure you will have to run all different protocols and get blood tests at different times in the cycle and compare them all I would think it would take at least a year to do this. No one I know of has done this so it is really all based on the studies with children that have dwarfism as far as I know.

Tweetnot to step on anyone's toes....but you take a totally different approach when it comes to IGF. here's how i've ran it twice now with very good results. If its your first time here's what to do.... run 60-80mcg per day. split shots morning and after workout. you have the option of doing shots just on workout days...helps conserve and prolong cycles. Run 4 weeks on 4 weeks off....no more no less. its only active in the body for about four weeks. if your running gh with it (which i would never do....ask if you want) then you'll have to hold off on insulin use untill your off the igf, or in between igf treatment.....thats pretty much it bro. its a tricky little substance but very very anabolic!!! puts on clean muscle thats stays!!

Tweetvery true bro....thats just what me and my training partner did. For us it was a cost/time issue. we wanted full benefits at minimal dose. I agree fully with you....the reason i wouldn't run with gh isn't scientific...its cuz i'm a slacker and need to find a real job. lol

Tweetsince LR3 is systemic i see no reason to inject twice a day. I personally feel the half life is around 20-25 hours. At least in me.
