      I know it is bad, but I can't remember if it is because I have too much protein and not enough fat or too much fat and not enough protein. Does anyone remember?

      I think it is too much protein and not enough fat, but...not sure

      It's maybe too much protein and maybe too little water.

      Thanks Orto,

      I did some research last night after posting this and it most definitly from too much protien. I don't think it is too little water as I am drinking about 3 gallons a day.

      The odd thing is that the protien that I'm having now is only 2/3 of what I was taking when I was bulking.
