TweetJust thought I would share this awesome muscle relaxing tool that I have used for years. Check this out. Get a sock (with no holes) preferably two (doubled) fill it with uncooked rice. Tie the end in a knot. Put it in the microwave for a couple minutes. The rice stays hot for up to twenty minutes and can conform to many shapes, works really well on shoulders, around the neck for stress, you name it!
