I met Royce Gracie
TweetI met him at a bowling alley yesterday. He was with what appeared to be his wife and three kids. He is really small framed, I mean small! When I shook I asked him if he was Royce Gracie he said yep, not much is it as he looked himself up and down.

TweetI remember 16 years ago when I was stationed in Brazil with the Marines, I met Rickson Gracie in Rio De Janero. He and I became good friends for many years, and we hung out for the 2 years I was stationed there. I trained pretty much every day with him, and officially became a Blue Belt in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu.

Makes you want to join in on the fun.... but training like a UFC fighter and building size don't really pair up too good... don't you think?
