TweetIt's going to be fine, just give it 2-3 days. I had a nurse take blood once and she couldn't find the vein either. For the next week I had a bruise that looked like I took a hit from a baseball at 100 mph right in my lower bicep/upper forearm. I'm telling you, it was ugly and hurt. I was able to lift within about a few days. But, if this lady went in too far and hit the tendon, then that's going to take a while to heal up. Even an injury to a bicep tendon will effect tricep extensions because when you lock out the tricep you have to extend the bicep which stresses that tendon. If this IS the case then you need to do very very very light db curls, like 5 pound for 25 reps. Do three sets, then ice it for 20 minutes. Do that three times a week. But, you may want to avoid back too if it is a bicep tendon thing. Of course, that's worse case scenario FUZO. Best case is, you just ice it here and there and it's fine in a week.
