Ok, I've heard take it throughout the day to keep blood levels even and take it every day. I've heard take it only on workout days and take it half before workout and half after. And finally, I've heard take it before your workout and that's it.

WTF? Which is the best?

Here's what I got going on right now:
EQ 500 mg/wk
NPP 300 mg/wk
Omna 250 or 500/wk (just started and haven't decided)
Drol 75 mg/ed m-f
Dbol 20 mg/workout days (?)

And yes, I know drol and dbol are the toxic but I'm only taking 20 mg of the dbol and right now I'm thinking I'm only going to take it on workout days. Or, should I just take 10 mg in the morning and 10 mg in the evening.

Also, I'm doing a 3 day split so I'm only taking the dbol three days a week and no dbol or drol on weekends and only for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, I'm off the orals. Just trying to get a decent jump start.

T
