      Yeah me too I feel weak from last week from not wearing properly my store has heat but we have the door open for customers and that wind n air comes right back in ! Took some Tylenol Sinus today and feel alot better now I can workout today .

      I ended up losing 15 freaking pounds from that damn flu! It lasted long and hit me real freaking hard. I'm finally getting my weight back.

      THE BEST TIME OF THE DAY FOR ME IS 10AM TO 12. AFTER THAT ITS ALL DOWN HILL. TODAY I WAS ABLE TO GO OUT TO EAT AND GO TO THE MALL.THATS IT

      For what it's worth it hit the west coast hard! most people I know have it and I do to! two weeks is about right... Do you guys try to hit the gym during the flu? During my two weeks I went four times, weak as you know what... what are your thoughts on taking two weeks off when your sick?
