TweetI think afterall I was indifferent. I think it had a decent placebo like effect. My concentration was better, and it did not have a speedy effect or irritate my stomach/appetite. It took about 500-600mg to have much of an effect. I think I will start taking some again, but it wasnt like it was so good that I religously took it...it was easily forgettable (if that makes much sense).
