Tweetdamn, I think my living room is worth $30k lol
What state is this? I've been lookin to buy some land maybe out in PA.
TweetMe and the wife went lookin at some land out in the country for a pretty sweet price. It's 7.8 acres goin for 30810.00. Not too shabby. Right now it's all woods (alot of deer tracks and rubbings too) and in a couple of years we'll build a house out there. I'll be a happy boy goin back to livin in the woods!!!!

I saw some great places for sale in MO but finding work is another story.
Ditto on the pics and nice score kite!
I have been trying to get something in Colorado for years but on my last few trips out there the land is not something I could live on until I retire, again not near any work. Kind of sucks because i don't have enough extra income to buy something I won't live on right away and whe i do find something I can't find work.
Alas, something will turn up...it's meant to be!!

TweetA few shots of the place. You can't see it in the pics but there are a couple of massive old ass oaks on there too that are absolutely gorgeous!
TweetThe only thing that kinda sucks is that it's about 15 miles from work and right now I literally walk out my front door and I'm at work, lol!
TweetHaving land is wonderful, We have 320 acres, aaround a 100 of is woods with a creek running through it. Awesome, No other way to live
15 miles to work is nothing
TweetI'm jealous...
enjoy the heck out of it and 15 miles is nothing.
My wife does that in rush hour traffic for a job she hates.
Heck i know a few people, some I work with, drive 45 miles each morning!!!
Though I could do that IF I had the certain piece of property and peace of mind to go with it.

TweetDamn!! Almost 8 acres for $30k!!
That sounds like a great deal.
I can not touch an acre around where I live for under $300k.

There are three types of people in this world.
Those who can count and those who can't.
TweetSmart man! I'm currently looking to do the same thing.
True wealth is owning as much land as possible, and things like gold, silver, platinum (not jewelery but bars, and solid pure coins). You can't go wrong with owning tons of land!
TweetWe just bought a piece of land in texas for investing purposes. Nice condo development being built. Hoping to turn it over and buy some more land and then hopefully some houses.
TweetWell, I've actually changed my mind. You see it started out as 100.3 acres that this development co. bought and split up. We went back out there this evening and decided on the 19.3 acre tract instead, it just makes more sense in the long run, so the new price is $66585.00. It's a bit more than we originally wanted to spend but like I said it just makes more sense to go with more land. You folks agree?
TweetActually you're getting a better value now. If you compare both by how much your paying per acre, it looks like your getting a little bit of a better deal now. I say good investment. Just my one and a half cents!
