Bodyweight: 227 lbs.

Week 1 1200mg EQ
1500mg Test Enanthate
Week 2-14 600mg EQ
1000mg Test Enanthate
Week 10-14 500mg Tren Enanthate
50mg Winstrol EOD
Week 16-20 400mg NPP
500mg Test Enanthate
Day 1 was pretty rough. Frontloading 1200mg EQ and 1000mg of Test after not having run an injectable for 4 months was PRETTY painful. Did all 4 cc's in the left quad, and developed a "fashionable" limp for the next 6 days. I think I got the test flu, too. It lasted 24 hours TO THE TEE...nauseous, increased pulse and body temp, though i felt like i was freezing my ass off, light-headed. Day 4 was a 500mg injection of Test and AGAIN, SAME THING...24 hours. Day 8 i injected 600EQ and 500 Test and no problems, so hopefully i'm over that reaction. It's good to be back on the gear!

What's with the scar on your lower back? Did you have something fused? I ask because I have a very rare condition where I have 6 Lumbar vertebrea instead of 5. This is another reason I quite lifting heavy on squats and deads. It gives me a longer lower back and therefore gives me more opportunity for lower back injury. My Chiropractor told me that all the heavy lifting over the years and the fact humans aren't supposed to have 6 Lumber has sped up my disc degeneration. I may one day have to get a couple of them fused. I hope not, which is why I usually don't go less than 8 reps on those lifts.

exmple: u cant be injecting 1000mg of test for 12 weeks and on week 13,u stop, u will confuse your system since your body got used to the 1000mg taht u have been injecting.
u need to taper it down from 1000 to 750 to 500 to 250 mg so WHEN U ARE READY TO COME OFF, U WONT CRASH..

TweetQuestion #1: I had a microdiscectomy in June '05. Two herniated discs at L4 and L5 that sequestered and migrated posteriorly impinging on my spinal cord. Had no sensation in the bottoms of my feet the last week leading up to the surgery. The surgery was awesome! I was riding my motorcycle 3 days afterwards and back in the gym (light lifting, mostly machines) on day 6. I advise against having any type of lumbar fusion (I didn't have any). THe theory behind fusing the vertebrae together is that you make them more stable and less susceptible to injury--while this is true, you also HYPERmobilize the segments above and/or below the fused segments, leading to instability in THOSE segments. Bad news. Best idea is localized core stability training of the lumbopelvic muscles and avoidance of any heavy lifting that would precipitate premature degeneration there, i.e. heavy squats and deadlifts. So it looks like you're on the right track. Try squatting or doing stiff-leg deadlifts on a BOSU ball. I'm sure you're gym has them...
Question #2: I'm tapering down the Test. I didn't mean for there to be a gap in there, and may in fact end up tapering the 1000mg/week down to 750mg/week leading up to the 500 weeks...i was also thinking of adding Prop at the end with the winny and tren. It's still a long ways away...
Question #3: I'm 6'2"
TweetP.S. - given the long acting ester-type of the enanthate I'm running, it's not as if there wouldn't be ANY test in my system for that week...i'd still have QUITE bit of free testosterone floating around in my bloodstream. In fact, I can atTEST (sorry) to still gaining and maintaining strength 3-5 weeks after my last injections of enanthate (which i've run on every cycle i've ever done)
TweetActually the depo effect will naturally lower the amounts of test buildup in the body if you are using a long ester. You can lower dosages if you want (taper), but it is really not necessary, although i would highly advise using an AI thuout cycle and thru pct this is what will help you not to crash. I also use alittle proviron as well.

TweetSo, two weeks into the cycle as of tomorrow. Checking the half-lifes of my esters and making a line graph (because i'm SUCH a nerd like that), at this point i've released 600mg of EQ and 1000mg of Test into my system--the target levels for both of those compounds. Incline Barbell Press was up BIG this week from last week:

Bodyweight is up 3 lbs. from 227 to 230. Anytime I weigh myself, it's post-lifting, post-cardio, post-sauna, post-urination, post-shower...after i've dried off. I want to see what the LOWEST possible weight i can get down to that day is, i.e., as little water weight as possible. To me that's the most accurate way to see if you're gaining or not. When no matter how much cardio and sauna action i do i STILL can't get down to 227 lbs., then i know whatever extra is on that scale is QUALITY.
