I agree...first thing I noticed...no wraps...I can do that up to 315...then if I'm going to get up into the 4's I've got to wrap

I think you're talking about elitefitness the message board. This is elitefitnesssystems, Dave Tate's website where they sell all sorts of powerlifting gear, t shirts, etc.. They also have aQ&A forum, not really a message board of sorts but a place to post questions on training, etc.. they also have a ton of training articles and several elite lifter's training logs.
