Im a huge fan of Lean Body Mass cycles and wish you luck bro. For each BF% dropped is approx 3.5-4lbs of bodyweight (done the right way of course-cardio, clean diet+ compounds) SO in a sense you are trying for a 15+ gain of muscle only in this cycle. Im not trying to knock your goals ONE BIT bro as its not my style. But realistically its going to be tough to gain 15-16lbs of PURE muscle in 20 weeks. Here is my breakdown for you body mass wise
167 @ 11.5%= approx 148lbs of muscle
180 @ 9% = approx- 164 lbs of muslce
Thats a difference of 16 lbs of lean solid muscle in this 20 week cycle. Which, and Im being honest is almost impossible unless your on gh, slin, and higher test dose cycle for half the year. I know this cause I ran a 16 week Test 850, Npp 400 and gh-4ius and CLEAN diet and lost 3% bodyfat and didnt gain a lb. so basivcally went from 280 @ 14% to 277 @ 11% ......AGAIN Im not saying you cant gain lean mass and solid muscle but just mapping it out to you the numbers and the reality of it...Goals are just that and admire people for setting them as that is how you grow...I do think you can gain lbm on this cycle and wish you the best bro, and take this as constructive criticism and not a bashing, hope it help brotha....
If you aren't in a position to take more, then change the goals a little. Or hell, just go for it and see where you get. If you fall short then you will know what you 'did' accomplish and beable to add more of this or that to correct it.
If you front loaded with dbol then you stand a much better chance. This being because dbol is one of, or maybe the only one, that has a 'direct' effect on hypertrophy. In other words, it directly increases actual muscle tissue. Most aas does this indirectly through a chain of events, like protein synthesis. Dbol, does in directly. It will also bring on more water, but just while on it. If you ran if for 6 weeks and then used the next 14 to harden everythin up I think you stand a better chance of getting closer tothat goal than as is. IMO

Thanks for the critique guys. Yeah I figured my goals are unrealistic. I figure I will only get to about 173 to 175lbs. I'm more after the appearance than actual numbers. Being only my third cycle, I consider it more of an experiment. As T-man stated, I'm just going to go for it and see what happens.

I was thinking low doses too, but I'm the same way. I could use 150mgs of test a week and grow a lot. This is also why I respond well to regular supps too, as well as OTC medications. Just my physical nature I guess.

Thats awesome my first one was low dose prop only 50mg ed 8 weeks went from around 175-180 to a solid 205. Thats good though youve stuck with the low dosages
Well this cycle has not been going as planned. First I was not making as much progress as I thought I should, then I had to take these past 2 weeks off due to school kicking my butt. I was at 173lbs 12%(using the Omron body analyzer), 7.6% using skinfold method before stopping 2 weeks ago. Today I'm at 170lbs 11.8% (using omron body analyzer) so I lost 3 freaking pounds of muscle!!! But such is life. I should be done with school in August so this should never occur again. I started injecting again today, but used more test this time. I'm doing 375mg/wk instead of 250mg. I'm keeping the EQ at 400mg. and I also started Anavar at 50mg ED. I only have 6 weeks left so hopefully I'll gain some muscle back. For some reason people think I'm getting bigger even though I haven't worked out or done anything for 2 whole weeks. Helps the ego out though.
I totally forgot I had a cycle journal. Well this cycle ended back during the first week of June. School and work really screwed this cycle up big time. I am currently 174.6lbs at 12.2%bf. I'm glad I gained weight, but the fat is not what I wanted to gain. Anyways anavar is some good stuff. I got the super hard/dense look. I think I'll add it to every cycle from now on.
