Do you guys experience lethargy/fatigue while on hGH?

There are some days where I feel as if I am drained and it affects my training.

Perhaps your dosage is too high??

I never had any adverse side effects. Start out low and build up.

It's almost embarassing but started with 1.8 IU's EOD. This is better than going hog-wild like some guys do. You don't get the bad joint pains or other negs. It definitely kicks the metabolism up some and gives you a full feeling with decent pumps.

I started at 2ius and now 16 weeks later at 4ius. I was on the generic blues and I went to 1iu for a few days and it didnt matter....But after 3-4 weeks it was fine.

Hmmmm..... I'm still undecided. It's only been about 6 months for me. Everyone claims it takes a while to realize the full effects of it's use.

This is far from a ramp up schedule but I took 2iu per day for the first week and went straight to 4iu for weeks 2 to present (week 6).

Take some t-3 for a wk or 2 and it will help bring your metabo up. Only 25mcg ed will do.
