TweetMan you really gotta talk to that cat in the sweater!
TweetHere's our peaceful Reverend benchin SFW style! https://home.mchsi.com/~todd.frank/To...P_12-24-06.wmv
TweetGave that one up years ago, LOL! That training uniform is actually tame compared to some I've seen. He's a unique dude, for sure...
He is also the most experienced powerlifter on our team... been competing for over 20 years! Right now at 40 he's totaling around 2200 @ 220-242.
Peace,
RevTodd

TweetKite is the dude with no shirt on, he says it makes him feel sexy!
Good job Rev.
TweetI love your 2' ROM Todd. You should be putting the weight in a taxi to bring it that distance.
Goals for December 2007:
Elite 1825 lb Total @220, trim down a bit in the mean time, too.
TweetAnd that's after a ton of work to reduce that ROM. Long arms served me well to keep guys on the end of my jab when I used to box, but they're a killer when you're trying to build a big bench, LOL!
Peace,
RevTodd

TweetYou got that right! I think guys with long limbs in general have trouble because of the longer ROM. It blows be aways when some dude who is 8 inches taller than me squats way more than I could ever dream of. Just the fact they have to go so far and hold the weight so much longer. That's one reason I think I could squat decently when I was younger, I have a long torso and shorter legs so I don't have to move as far. But, on the flip side, I have a wide and thinner upper body so on bench, that bar has to come way down on me where some dude with a thick rip cage doesn't have to travel near as far as I do. But then, that's what makes some guys better at some lifts than others.
