TweetI was reading about that in Chineese medicines. they really have alot of herbs that are benificial in one way or another, and compounding them for a shotgun effect. most concoctions allways have something for circulation added. they describe symtoms of being poor Yin in the spleen, liver or heart. "bad blood" or toxins. they also have some teas for improving the immune system. before class I'll stop at this lil Korean run mini mart, buy a coupla vials of Ginsing with Royal Jelly, and take a shot before class. my doc is Chineese so nextime I see him I will ask him what he thinks.
