Shoulder pain
TweetI had been dealing with shoulder pain for over three weeks and was scared to go the doctor.. well i finally broke down and went ..they took for x-rays and was so worried that i messed up the rotator cause i was here your shoulder is never the same if you tear it.... lucky for me no tars and no bone spurs or impingement... so I was like well doc what can you do for me now cause i am tired of this thing hurting and waking up with my shoulder so very stiff...He said i will give a cortisone shot i was heck ya .... my dumb a@# was not thinking and said what size pin you gonna use he says 22 gauge i was like damn man that is harpoon can you use a 25 instead he is like no and how do you know needles ...ummm i just doooops LOL!!! . He leaves comes back in the room sure enough he has this huge barrel full this milky type stuff and the huge 22 pin on the end of it...was damn where you gonna stick that ....fricken right through rear delt all the way under the bone into the rota-tor area and he moves the pin around like the dentist .... no likey likey that ..but danm 2 hours later it felt so much better... just have to take an easy for couple weeks then back in business

Tweeti know the cortison shot really helped but gonna take a week off and stay away from shoulder press and incline bench for while since those where the two that irratated it the most

Tweeti just got back into liftin after being off since may due to major shoulder surgey so be glad if the shot works it didn't work for me. my shit was all ****ed up andmake sure u find a really good doctor my first surgery 3 years ago the doc ****ed me all up so i had to have another

no no i can shot myself all day long and i thought i would have no probs but when he walked in with that needle and i realized he was gonna stick me my stomach flipped ..i don't like getting shots from docs or nurses ...i have even had lily shot me in the lat before and i had no prob with that ...must some weird mental thing
