Might be bad news
TweetSeveral years back, I had surgery to remove bone spurs in my shoulder. Phuque if I didn't feel some sharp pains tonight in the gym while doing shrugs. I actually had to stop my work out and leave it hurt that bad. If it still hurts by Friday, I'm biting the bullet and calling the Doc. I can't be laid up another 5 months or so. I pray it's nothing serious.

TweetSame thing with me man. I had a spur that was gouging my short head biceps tendon along with torn rotator cuff and the pain was a *****! My shoulder still bothers me, both actually, especially when benching. Good luck man, maybe it's nothing major.
