TweetIve heard about something of the sort from massmonsterz a while back it was then being called the ck diet I think. I think it had good results but I dont think using saturated fats like that is for me, at least.
TweetRecently, I downloaded a copy of this e-book. Jordon promotes the use of saturated fats in the diet, specifically from coconut oil and MCTs. Has anyone used such a diet, and, if so, what was your outcome? Additionally, what are your thoughts about diets that promote the use of saturated fats and discourage the use of unsaturated fats?

Tweetwell I have used MCT oil. It isnt a traditional saturated fat, it is liquid at room temp and It actually burns very easy like a carb. But for me, when i was in ketosis it made me have a very yo-yo energy feeling. I would be up for a while and then i felt like i crashed. I wouldnt use it if I were using a keto type diet,I wouldnt use it again ever personally. I guess it might have a place in a bulking diet when you are trying to reach a caloric goal.
TweetI heard that MCT oil metabolizes (i think that's the word) in your liver therefore you shouldn't take it while you are using a liver toxic AAS.
