I eat extremely healthy, 4 meals a day with at least 30g of protein each meal, and do cardio about 30 minutes every morning... either running, sprints/ walking combo, or id the weather is horrible, ill walk for 45 minutes. I'm not big on shakes... i like real food better.

ie day's food routine...

breakfast = 4 or 5 eggs, 1 or 2 yolks, the rest whites, seasoning
midmorning lunch = baby spinach salad with chicken, peppers fresh mozz. ch
late lunch = chicken breasts or tuna mixed in a salad, oil & vinegar
dinner = some sort of fish, with asparagus or a steamed veggie

anyway thats just to show that i do eat healthy!

TweetI've always found the ECA stack to be about equal to clen in terms of fat loss, atleast short term. Over a longer time period ECA would probably take top honors. I don't care for the ephedrine side effects, so I try not to use it too much (hoping to ween off it completely).

ECA stands for ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin. Standard dosage is usually 25mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine, and 300mg aspirin 3x per day. Some people nix the aspirin and just use the ephedrine and caffeine. I prefer using all three.

TweetMe personally, I like the clen better and I think it works better but then again, like mentioned by HeHateMe, I don't do the asprin part. Also, clen has a half life of about 36 hours so you don't have to take it three times a day. My stack is just EC (ephedrine and caffeine). That's just how I like it, but that's me. Most people do both due to the fact that clen usually becomes less effective after 2-3 weeks. Most people will take clen for 2 weeks and then the ECA stack for 2 weeks, that way you can alternate for 4-6 weeks to get to where you want. If you were going to choose just one, then I agree with HeHateMe and just do the ECA stack becuase the clen wont work the whole time. It has something to do with the beta blocker or something. Mick-G can explain much better than I can. lol

I mean if you are overweight and thinking that one of them is a miracle pill then you may as well not take either. Give us something to go on here and I'm sure our staff can give you better advice.

Tweeti felt that clen definitely did help me burn fat, but every single day that i took it and worked out either wrestling, jiu jitsu or kickboxing.....i had a severe problem with cramping. every muscle from my hands and feet to my hams would tighten up and it would take several minutes before the cramp would go away.

TweetNah im not over weight and not looking for a miracle pill. The only miracle pill is The Day After pill haha. Anyway, I'm 6' broad shoulders 200 lbs just trying to get more cut. the best way to describe my diet is to look at the south beach diet... But diet isnt something you "go on or off" of; thats my lifestyle. what the point in adding caffiene to ephedrine? or aspirin?

TweetClens side effects are too much to handle...the shakes and crampin get annoying. Im on an ephedrine/Caffiene right now. IMO ec stack works better w/o as many sides...but its different for everyone
