TweetWhen I was living up north. I had a neighbour who was doing the same thing and was also playing loud music at 3 a.m. almost every weekend. I filed a complaint to the town council, a beaurocrat paid him a visit 2 weeks later and he stopped.

Tweetmy dad does same thing retired goes out at 3 am than 5 am than 9 am. I let it all fall do onetime break a few shovels doing so and do in an hr where he spends 6+hrs.
He like to keep up n it to make it easier..I agree but am not getting up at 2 or 3 am to shovel.
I will wait til 8 or 9 am at least.
