TweetAlways 1.5 for me, cutting and bulking. I even hit 2grams per pound before, but that was tough.
Tweeti typicly run 2 grams per lb.

Tweeti do about 4-50 meals at 50 grams each then 4 shakes aswell....75 grams. i eat about every 2-3 hrs ..
