Who gets more looks in the gym??

I have always been strong, but in the past 2 months have been cutting alot after some time off from the gym..

and am training towards the fitness look, 30-32" waist, abs year round, 50" chest, 18" bi...

I have 2 of the 3, just need to keep working at the abs..

TweetFitness guys. Eversince I got my 6-pack the girls can't stop looking. Even my female friends say don't get bigger, you are the perfect size. So while we are out I'll point out huge guys and ask what do they think about them. 100% of the time, they say he's too big. If I point out a slim ripped up dude, they'll say he's hot. Regardless of what they say I'm aiming to add another 15lbs of muscle!!!

TweetI agree with Sup, but then again it all depends on the persons preference, but I do think more women like the more defined, leaner muscle guys (I do) over the big bulky, can't scratch his own back guys..LOL

TweetWell, I can tell you this, when I have 1,200 on the leg press and ripping out 15 reps I would get a shitload of stares, but that's more of an awe. It's the fit guys who actually get the looks. I know a couple years ago I dieted down to about 225 and I was getting a lot more 'looks' than when I'm in the 240's. Most people stare at the big guys and look at the fit guys. They are in awe of guys who deadlift 405 ofr 12 reps and they are in envy of guys who are fit. IMO

TweetThat's what i'm finding, the fitness guys tend to get more attention, and although it still takes roids in most cases to get to the correct proportions, the really big guys (that can't scratch their backs) are the ones the fitness guys like, and wish they could be..

so for me, at age 45 the fitness guy look/goal is what i am working on.. still holding 200 lbs, so i'm happy.. 5'9"

I know girls look at the 185 ripped guys but Im there for a purpose and to be 240 at 4%, not 185 year round with abs. So I think it is differnt from guys to girls. Guys look at the bigger guys and girls like the ripped look (most)

TweetReguardless of the size, if they are ripped..those are the ones that get the looks. So, medium big and ripped, lol!
