Well let see last week i started running like this

1/ 1 cap
2/ 1 cap
3/ 1 cap
4/ 2 caps
5/ 3 caps
6/ 3 caps
7/ 3 caps
I know thats pretty fast but i was comfortable with the doseage
The sides werent untolerable.
Yes I did sweat a lot at night but durring the day unless i chowed down on some carbs I was completely comfortable.
When i hit 3 caps a day i could stand outside in my underwear in 50 degree weather and feel fine.
Next week im going to run it for another 7 days.
I took this break to let my T3 levels come back to normal.
I will keep you guys updated when i start again
