TweetYou puss, that don't count! Now when you hit 175/120, like me you can ***** lol!! Are you hangin on to any water weight? It didn't look like it from your pics but you still could be. What type of stimulants are you using, if any?

TweetActually you are more normal than b4, lol! Im usually around 135/85.
TweetIf you are 'usually' 120/60 with a RHR in the 50's to 60's then something is not right. You current rates are not high by any means but if they are that much higher than your norm then I think something is not right. Look my pb is only about 10 points higher on than when off, so I don't worry, but your's is more than that.
I guess my question is, are you on right now? If so, then don't worry bro. Most people go up while on, but if you are off and it's up that much and your lifestyle is the same then something is not right. I'm not saying you need to panic but those numbers don't jump jump up that much without something causing it.
Tweetyeah im on right now,
cyp, eq, deca. but why did my heart rate change so drastically? im not really worried about my blood pressure. but ill keep and eye on it. my heart rate has been way up. i usually drink one energy drink a day. but i do it at the gym or before. i take my vitals way before i use the drink. i did cut down on cardiovascular activity. I use to swim in college and ur only allowed 4 years of competition. so maybe this is my new RHR. most people should be in the 70's though, right?

TweetYour not taking your vinegar are you, lol? Be a good boy, and don't forget your apple cider vinegar mixed with alittle orange Crystal Light.
TweetLike everyone said your bp is normal. Your current bp is what mines was back when I was in high school while on the track team. You don't want to know what it is now!! lol!!!
TweetI don't know why it jumped so much. Did you lay down for 5-10 minutes with no stimulation before checking? That's how I was taught to check mine. after 5-10 minutes of complete relaxation, that's when you get an accurate RHR measurement. If you are moving around or thinking about things you have to get done or watching TV then you won't get an accurate measure.
