TweetYou going raw or equipped? What fed is it? If you have 24 hr weigh ins I'd go with 198, but if you have a 48 hr weigh in you could hit 181 fairly easy and be back up to 200+ on meet day.

Tweetits a raw comp, and its at my college. its not a regulated show or tested but they do have judges. its my starting point. its like an intermural.

TweetMan there are guys who do that in two days. Some of the big federations like the WPO have 48 hour weigh in's and you can safely drop weight like that for the weigh in's and be back up to your normal weight by meet day fairly easily by sodium loading and depletion, cutting carbs, dehydration etc... then hyper hydration, carb and sodium loading. You'll be bloated and sometimes even a couple pounds heavier than when you started.
Tweetyeah im good at making weight. my fraternity does tug of war and we drop drastic weight for that too.

TweetWhat weights are you planning on opening up with? You wanna go with something relatively light to make sure you don't bomb due to any technicalities. You might wanna go with something like 365-385 on the squat and dl (since your projected third attempts are pretty close) and around 275 on the bench. Just my .02
Tweeti was tinking 405 for dealdlift and squat and 300 for bench. and at this meet u get 2 lifts and one wild card.
