So far in my state the Dems are getting their ass beat and I hope it stays that way.

You think things are bad now, just wait until the Dems get back in office and phuk everything up. I bet you anything they pull out of Iraq prematurely and Iraq soon after collapses. Guess who they will blame? Not Bush for going over there, but the dumb ass who pulls out to early. I guarantee it! Right now they are just waiting for a Dem to get in office and pull out our troops and total civil war will break out and Iran and Syria will help with the civil war. What you have to relize is a weak Iraq makes Iran and Syria stronger. They don't want Iraq to be strong, that's why they are helping with the insurgents. If that happens, our chances of ever having a good foreign policy are all but over. Even Tony Blair, who has always sided with the liberals, says it too soon to pull out.

Just wait, everyone thinks this couontry is going to be so much better when a Dem gets in office. I hate to tell you but it wont. Your taxes are going to go through the roof. They will go on their typical spree of banning this and banning that. Don't forget, it was Tipper Gore (Al Gore's wife) who started the whole anti-rock thing! The Liberals take away more rights than they give. The only rights they want to give you is abortion and gay marriage. You think that's going to benefit this country? LOL, far from it! Letting women kiil unborn children teaches these women they don't have to be responsible for their actions. I'm only referring to women who do this as a result of casual sex, I'm not talking about a women who is raped or who's life may be in danger due to the pregnancy, that's not my place to say anything. Although I don't agree with abortion at all, I would not tell some woman who was raped what she should or should not do. Yes, I do realize that is a double standard but there is so much emotional scaring from something like that and then for them to have to carry a child for 9 months. That's something I can not begin to comprehend. And then what, the child gets dumped in government systems. Lets face it, a child that the result of a rape is not exactly going to be one that a family is likely to adopt. Even thought the child is completely innocent, it's going to be less likely to get a good home. So, what's the lesser of two evils? I don't know. I just don't know.

Anyways, to heck with the Dems, all they want is to make people dependant on the government. Just look at their programs, everything depends on teh government and guess who will pay for it? That's right, me and you. And when those people who barely get by month to month lose another 10% of their income to taxes and have to file bankruptcy because they can't afford their bills anymore, what then? Is that a good thing? Hell no it's not! The Dems have no idea what damage higher taxes will do on the middle class. Most of the middle class barely gets by as it is and if they take more of their money, which they will, many families will lose their homes. For those of you who don't know how real estae works let me tell you, most of the loans on real estate are held by Fannie Mae, Freddi Mac, FHA and VA. Those are all government agencies. That's right, the government holds a high percentage of real estate loans. Now, you increase the forclosure rate, which raising taxes will do, then you will ultimately cause the government to lose billions and billions and billions of dollars. It's not an assumption, it's a fact. That is exactly what is going to happen to the middle class. The middle class is already in trouble due to the government raising the minimum payment on credit cards. I see it everyday in my job. People who were able to pay their bils are now getting behind just because of credit card payment increases. You take more of their pay away and many of these people will be forced into bankruptcy.

The final result will be a country where many more people are dependant on the government than there are now. The Dems want people to depend on the government. They might as well call themselves the socialist party. Ooops...did I say that out load? LOL Just wait and see, just wait and see....

PS- if the country is so bad right now, why is NYSE over 12,000 for the first time ever in history? Why is home ownership the highest in history? Why is the unemployment rate one of the lowest in history? Why are more african americans home owners ever in history? Why is a higher percentage of americans college educated ever before in history? Why are gas prices back down near $2 a gallon? Why is the average household income the highest in history? Why are home values going up across the country? Yes, this is clearly a big problem for America and someone needs to fix it! LMAO!

TweetI am to lazy to type but It was bush that made roids a class c felony, I believe DEA and other law enforcement agencies did not want to make it that. I wish that people that did not affiliate with either side were put into office and took control of both houses. One just wants to enforce a code of morality based on religious dogma. The other wants to enforce morality based on 'compassion' (defined by the government) but their both hypocrite's - you can't enforce morality. What's ironic is they are both guilty of what they despise in the other party, they both think the other party is guilty of infringing freedoms, when they are both guilty as hell - it's just different freedoms.

I'm becoming indifferent to the whole process - there is no lesser of two evils. Your choices are "evil". Those who support the Military Commisions Act and a intertwining of religion and state or those who support the Know Your Customer and a intertwining of industry and state. I don't see how someone who considers themselves "good" can compromise their beliefs and vote for the lesser of two "evils" and still consider themselves "good". Unless they feel enforcing their morality on unwilling participants is good, otherwise wouldn't endorsing evil, be evil?

It remains so surreal to me that in a "free" country, abortion, gay marriage and redistribution of wealth are even on the national agenda. These should be no brainers when applied to "freedom" but yet here we are.

Very very good point! I never thought of it that way. I will say one thing. I like some Repub's and I like some Dem's. I lean way more towards the democrats, but some of them are just plain unethical morons!
