Tweetsilva put him in a muy thai clinch and he seemed to have no answer. silva broke rich's nose and phucked him up with his knees. KO 1st round. what can you say, franklin couldnt figure out how to get out of the clinch and payed dearly for it.

sherk was impressive as he took the LW belt in his fight with florian. lots of guys said florian wouldnt last one round but even though the fight was one sided for sherk florian never surrendered.

florian did land an elbow that cut sherk, by the end of the fight you wont see a horror movie with as much blood splatter! keeny was painted red with sherks blood. the ring looked as if somone was slaughtering cattle in there!

Sherk is a freaking beast. I can't believe he weighed half a pound less than Florian but was three times as wide and three times more ripped. He did beat Florian, but you have to give props to Florian for taking it to a decision. With the size and stregnth diffrence I'd expect maybe 3 rounds by submission or KO, but Sherk couldn't do either.

TweetSee, this is what happens in this type of fighting. Some guy comes in and no one really knows what he can or can't do and so he beats everyone. Take Royce Gracie for example, no one knew what the hell to do so he dominated. Eventually, all your tricks will be out of your bag and people will begin to design counters and blocks and then practice the hell out of them. That's the greatest thing about this sport is no one man is going to dominate any weight class for a long time because there will always be someone with that something you haven't seen yet and they beat you. Then, you have to learn to defend against another type of attack and then move forward. Eventually it will get to where these guys are masters in 5-6 arts just to make it to the top. That will be exciting.

Sherk weighd in the day of the fight at 165...lol cut down to 154.5 for wigh ins and then put ten lbs on the next day...ha ha!! But yes he is goign to be the strongest in that div for sure!!
