Tweet love bagels with cream cheese .... egg whites ..rice ...steak..chicken breast ugggg i think i am gonna yack....actually went to the store last night with lily and walked down the cookie row and i was foaming at the mouth i wanted to just walk down the whole row with my arm so i could hook everything into my cart .... ended up getting rice cakes so i could put peanut butter on them and have that for a snack .....i just want to cry
Tweetwell u have to find a way to eat clean but think of it as a cheat meal like ur rice cakes wit peanut butter (considered ur cheat meal ) probably taste good compare to ur other bland meals !
