    Overhyper, over rated multi. Amazing how people dont get sick of this shit. They load it up with vitamins and a shitload of nonessential minerals. You would think swallowing 11 pills with that many fat soluble vitamins would make one sick, save your $$ and get Centrum or a cheap multi brother
