Anyone ever had this problem? I woke up and it felt like a pulled my next and upper back (pic) and i figured it would go away in a week or so, but its been 2 months and it feels the same. I have trouble turning my next to the left becuase of this. It hurts in the area with the orange but is the worst in the blue area of the pic. Anyone know how to get rid of this? or anyone had somethng like this and got it taken care of at a doctor and know what it needs? please help, this is killing me!

with the muscle pulled, and you over compensating for it it has you discs shifted pinching a nerve...a chiropracter or good massage therapist will take care of it for you in a session or 2

yeah I go see a chiropractic maybe you need an alignment those cracks they do make stress go away in that area or if not deep tissue massage will feel nice and get it away .^like pigmeat said a session or 2 .Its probably a strained so massage therapist look for the license one they're more experienced than the certified ones ! Sleeping the wrong way can cause that area to feel stressed .(looks like towards the neck area ur pointing at?) them tempurpedic pillows helped me alot !

I've never done the chiropracter thing, but I definitely second pigmeat on the massage thearpy! I had a professional massage done (by a girl of course) and I had her beat on my rotator cuff, and shoulder. My pain there was unbelievable. It bothered me forever. After she worked on it the pain was much better, and it later healed itself within the next few weeks. The massage was so intense it made me feel like I was drugged. I'm naturally hyper and the rest of the night someone could have punched me in the face, and I would've probably shook their hand and said "what's up maaaaan". Unbelievable results I CAN'T STRESS THAT ENOUGH!
