TweetNow that Im dieting I have been drinking the hell out of diet soda, easliy 6-7 cans a day, I drink tons of water too (gallon a day on top of it)....Diet dr pepper being my favorite with diet mt dew a close second...lol...Anyone else drink this much and do you think it is that bad for you??

this shit has a lil more sodium in it, but give "lipton diet citrus green tea" OMG, talk about being addicted. i hate tea, but this shit is the bomb!
TweetI drink green tea in the am and get that no carb raspberry Arizona green tea, good stuff too....Yeah im addicted to that as well. Sticking with the water, green tea, and crystal lite...Maybe a diet mt dew here and there, but your right moderation is key.

TweetDiet soda is worse for you than regular soda. All the artificial sweetners are far worse for you than regular sugar. Aspartame has shown to be addictive so you want more and more.
